Our Temperature-Monitoring Solution

Our InterTemp solution is designed to keep you updated on the status and temperatures of you freezers and refrigerators for sensitive materials. This solution will can be a lifesaver, as it frees your worries by keeping you informed.

The solution features low-powered wireless devices with temperature sensors on-board. They are installed inside each of your freezer and refrigerator units to form a new wireless 'mesh' network. These units act as both the connection to those units, and as a wireless repeater for the new 2.4 GHz network. This network will reside and operate alongside a current 80211b/g network without interference. The more devices you have, the larger and more spread out your network can be!

Since the devices make up a new wireless network, it allows the unit to have extremely low power requirements. Actually, each unit runs off of 4-AA batteries and can last up to 9 months on a fresh set.

This complete solution is developed in-house. Our custom software application controls all of your alerts and logs the changes in temperature, so you don't have to keep up with it manually.

InterTemp Specifications

The InterTemp system uses a 2.4 GHz radio to transmit and receive information between devices. It is a very low power product with capabilities such as battery voltage checks for both itself and other external devices to which it is connected. The network itself is self-forming, instant-on and self-healing.

Operating Temperature for the device is -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. (-40 to 185 Fahrenheit) It uses a standard external RPSMA type antenna. The radio is FCC Part 15.247 and Industry Canada (IC) Certified.

There is an external power connector which can adjust up to 9v dc and an internal battery connection which can sustain power connections up to 3.5 volts.

InterLock

Our premiere wireless solution

Our InterLock solution is designed specifically for Armstrong and Pel carts found throughout many hospitals. This solution will completely remove all data cables and allow access for updating the carts from anywhere within the new network.

The solution features low-powered wireless devices that are installed inside each of the carts to form a new wireless 'mesh' network. These units act as both the connection to that cart, and as a wireless repeater for the new 2.4 GHz network. This network will reside and operate alongside a current 80211b/g network without interference. X-number of units are capable of providing a network of up to X-number, and the more devices you have, the larger the network can be!

Similar to the InterTemp solution above, these units have extremely low power requirements. Also, each unit runs off of 4-AA batteries and can last up to 9 months on a fresh set.

InterLock Specifications

The InterLock system uses a 2.4 GHz radio to transmit and receive information between devices. It is a very low power product with capabilities such as battery voltage checks for both itself and other external devices to which it is connected. The network itself is self-forming, instant-on and self-healing.

Connections are made to the device using a custom RJ-25 cable. There are two connections available: one for standard data communications and the other for firmware updates. There is an external power connector which can adjust up to 9v dc and an internal battery connection which can sustain power connections up to 3.5 volts.
